WBA Class 4A Champions!

posted Nov 24, 2015, 5:49 PM by EBSO Webmaster   [ updated Dec 11, 2017, 7:28 PM ]

A huge congratulations to the Emerald Brigade for their recent WBA Class 4A Championship win at WBA championships in Fresno, CA!   It was quite an awesome performance by the Brigade on Saturday, capturing the class 4A championship with a season high score including caption awards for music, general effect and visuals.  Then on Sunday, the Brigade turned in another solid effort capturing a new season high score in finishing 5th in WBA Grand Championships, outscoring many class 5A bands, some of which were twice the size of the Emerald Brigade!  Kudos to the band members and color guard for all the hard work, long hours practicing and fine tuning the show, and to an excellent performance under pressure on the field both days!  And a huge THANK YOU to the many many parent volunteers it takes to prepare for and put on all the shows during the season.  You are all greatly appreciated and please know that each of you played a key part in making this championship season possible.  Congratulations on a truly GREAT marching season to all!
