Band Camp Schedule / Info

ATTENTION NEW AND RETURNING EMERALD BRIGADE MEMBERS AND FAMILIES!

MONDAY 8/2:
Arrival time: 8:45 am (Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to all rehearsals so that you are set up and ready to go at the start time of 9:00.)
End time: 9:00 pm
Uniform/tux fitting ** (Seniors only): 11:00 am
Schedule pick up (Seniors only): 12:00 pm
Meals: See below *

TUESDAY 8/3:
Arrival time (Juniors-refer to "Schedule Pick Up" below): 8:45 am (Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to all rehearsals so that you are set up and ready to go at the start time of 9:00.)
End time: 9:00 pm
Schedule pick up (Juniors only): 8:00 am (arrive by 7:30 am to get a good spot in line)
Uniform/tux fitting ** (Juniors only): immediately following schedule pick up
Meals: See below *

WEDNESDAY 8/4:
Arrival time (Sophomores-refer to "Schedule Pick Up" below): 8:45 am (Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to all rehearsals so that you are set up and ready to go at the start time of 9:00.)
End time: 9:00 pm
Schedule pick up (Sophomores only): 8:00 am (arrive by 7:30 am to get a good spot in line)
Uniform/tux fitting ** (Sophomores only): immediately following schedule pick up

THURSDAY 8/5
:
Arrival time (Freshman-refer to "Schedule Pick Up" below): 8:45 am (Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to all rehearsals so that you are set up and ready to go at the start time of 9:00.)
End time: Approx 8:00 pm.
Rehearsal will end at approx. 5:00 pm and the students will be served their potluck dinner.
Families should arrive between 4:30 and 5:00 to drop off their potluck dish.

The first EBSO Booster Meeting of the year will be held at 5:00 pm
in the choir room!
The family pot-luck dinner follows the booster meeting at approx. 6:00 pm.
The preview of the field show immediately follows the potluck and will end at approximately 8:00.
Everyone is encouraged to attend the evening's festivities!!!!

Check for an email with additional information, including potluck food assigments, to follow shortly!

EBSO General Membership Meeting: This is the first meeting of the year! Please plan to attend! Meeting will be held in the choir room immediately following the potluck and field show performance. Please review attached agenda and bring a copy with you to the meeting.
Misc:
Name badges: All EB parents are encouraged to wear a name badge to each event and activity. New parents and returning parents who need a new badge should pick up their badge at the tables located outside the choir room prior to the Gen. Membership meeting.
EBSO Goods: We have wonderful Emerald Brigade logo wear, including polos, fleece blankets, hats, license plate holders, jackets, etc., available for sale. Pick up some items and show your spirit and dedication to the fabulous Emerald Brigade program and students! Items will be displayed and available for purchase at the tables located outside the choir room prior to the Gen. Membership meeting.

*BAND CAMP MEAL INFO:
Lunch and Snack (Monday - Thursday): Bring a lunch, a snack, plenty of iced water (large sport water jugs are great for this)
Dinner (Monday - Wednesday): A delicious and nutritious dinner is provided each evening by our fabulous Food Commitee and parent volunteers!
Dinner (Thursday): Family potluck (a flyer with more information, including food assigments, will be emailed to everyone shortly)

Wear comfortable, cool clothing and TENNIS SHOES to band camp.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, plenty of iced water, your instrument (except for battery and pit) and, most importantly,

YOUR ENTHUSIASM AND BEST ATTITUDE!
